1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this service. This platform is intended for Muslims seeking halal, family-supported marriage, and operates under Islamic values and North American privacy and safety standards.

2. Eligibility
To register and use this service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally single and eligible for marriage under Islamic and civil law
• Provide truthful, respectful, and complete information

We reserve the right to deactivate any profile found to be false, misleading, or inappropriate.

3. User Responsibilities
By using this platform, you agree to:

• Use the service for halal, sincere, and lawful purposes only
• Respect the dignity and privacy of others
• Involve your family, wali, or guardian where appropriate
• Avoid inappropriate communication or behavior
• Not impersonate another person or submit false data
• Conduct your own due diligence before making any marital decisions.

4. Nonprofit Nature
UCSP operates as a nonprofit. Any fees collected are used solely for platform maintenance, development, and support services, not for profit or private gain.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy
We value your privacy and protect your data according to our Privacy Policy. Your personal details will not be shared without consent. However, we may use anonymized data for system improvement.

6. Platform Limitations
We do our best to match individuals wisely, but we:

• Do not guarantee marriage success or compatibility
• We are not liable for any relationship outcomes or decisions made between users
• Cannot verify every detail submitted by users—families must conduct full due diligence
• Reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Islamic ethics or our rules.

7. Termination of Account
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has:

• Violated Islamic principles or community guidelines
• Used the platform for harassment, fraud, or false representation
• Acted in a way that endangers others or harms the integrity of our mission.

8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” While we strive for excellence, we cannot ensure uninterrupted access, error- free performance, or guaranteed match outcomes.

10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage resolution through peaceful, respectful dialogue. Legal matters, if any, shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, in compliance with North American legal frameworks.
